Kaeng Krachan Golf Club

Kaeng Krachan Country Club has operated since 1994. The course itself is located on the edge of Kaeng Krachan National Park, which is 54 kilometers from Hua Hin and stretches along the western border of Myanmar. The High Mountain ranges dominate the area along with dense tropical forests. The course is surrounded by unique landscapes – mountains , forests and lakes. The first 18 holes (Lake and Valley) were designed by Cherd Bunyaratavej, a famous Thai golf architect. Kaeng Krachan Country Club is a hilly track that requires just driven tee to avoid losing balls among the many trees and bamboo forests. Fairways are gorgeous and greens can be difficult, although they may not always look like that. Natural lakes are in play on 6 holes. The course is a good golf test for all levels and is definitely one of the best golf courses in the area. The new Jack Nicklaus 9-hole Course (Mountain Course) championship was opened in March 2008. Mountain Course is a must play as it is built up to international standards.
